Timothy Carter was born in
England during the week of the last lunar mission, and
he turned 13 on Friday the 13th. He grew up in Canada's
National Capital Region, and studied Drama at Algonquin
College. Timothy's novel, The Last Nephilim, won
third place in the 2002 Cinescape
Genre Literary contest, and his short fiction has appeared
in publications such as Voices Under the Guise of Darkness,
Challenging Destiny, Imelod, The Zero Card, Bardic Runes
and Lynx Eye. He wrote two episodes of the Nelvana-produced
series The Dumb Bunnies, and his first YA novel,
Attack of the Intergalactic Soul Hunters, was
published in 2005. Timothy lives in Toronto with his
wife and cat. There are no monsters in his closet, but
it is rather messy.
