Alright, what are my options? I could up my health some more, which would help me survive these upcoming disasters that were being promised (Thanks Elly). But if I up my agility I could run away… could I? How much agility would I need to run away from a tornado? Actually, it doesn’t matter. I couldn’t survive a tornado either way. So… what else matters to me? More than anything else… Isn’t it obvious? I STILL HAVEN’T FOUND A MATE! THAT IS ALL I HAVE WANTED FOR THE PAST 3 DAYS!
Okay, maybe not the only thing… I may have also wanted to figure out a better way to live past 10 days… but bah! It’ll be fine! I just need more agility so I can fly faster. And so! I set off on my journey again! AND! 10 minutes later! I FINALLY FOUND SOMETHING! A MOSQUITO! A lone mosquito, sure, but that’s fine! This will do just fine! Except… what’s that? IS that… a male!?!?! I DON’T EVEN KNOW HOW I CAN TELL?!?! It’s fine… It’s fine… This means I must be getting close… Onwards! Towards a mate!
I started flying past my newfound mosquito, only to be stopped. I felt a little tugging. Not a physical tugging, more like one on my mind. And it really wanted me to stay near that mosquito. Ignoring it, I continued forward! Toward the mosquito!?!?! Didn’t I just fly past it? It’s fine! GO! …Why is it in front of me again?!?!?!

I activated the skill and felt something slowly trickle out of me. It kind of tickled. It was like a finger was being caressed up my back., but a really small finger, and not my back, but my insides.
So, flowing out of me, I watched a red mist start to form around me, slowly condensing into a solid sphere. And, I was surrounded in a sphere of blood. Which did not help in the slightest. I NEEDED THE OTHER MOSQUITO TO BE SURROUNDED!
Alright, let’s try this again. I deactivated the skill, watching the blood fall back down into the pool below me. This time, I flew right up next to the mosquito, who did not seem to appreciate it. But whatever, it’ll be quick! I reactivated Protection of Blood, feeling that nice trickle again, and it surrounded both of us. SO, I let it go again, before my new friend got mad, and I think it worked?
I can feel some kind of connection to him, but it’s weird, maybe because he’s a mosquito?
