Chapter 710

  Anton had a major advantage compared to those who made a living vlogging when it came to editing video recordings. He could do all the editing, manipulating, and whatever he wanted to do with a thought. He did it because when he presented the recording to his father and sister, he wanted them to enjoy it.

  He then thought of the fact that Anders and Anna had not seen the recording that he had made of the pixies and their magical kingdom, or at least the outside of their kingdom. They stopped watching his vlog when Anna wanted to watch Guardians of the Galaxy. It did not matter since they could watch it the next time he returned to the Rose Manor. There was still a month before Anna had to return to school.

  During his walk through the forest, Anton continued to find unique creatures, and he did not forget to record them. He saw glowing butterflies that hovered over a large patch of flowers that was also glowing. He saw moss that clung to large trees that emitted the most enchanting smells.

  Anton knew that everything that he was seeing was incredibly beautiful because it felt like the creatures were showing off the last of their vitality before they die or hibernate for winter. There was a desperate edge in the beauty of the creatures inside the forest, and Anton wondered what the forest would look like come spring.

  Moving deeper into the forest, Anton saw that the magic was growing. The danger was also growing because he saw more powerful monsters appearing, but fortunately, most of the monsters were wise enough to avoid him.

  Since he was deep inside the forest, even during the height of the day, the environment was dim, but it was not dark. There were luminous things around; some were products of natural science, some were magical in nature, and if Anton was being honest, he did not know which was which.

  Anton remembered in Avatar when the MC woke up inside the alien forest, the surroundings were truly breathtaking. The Northern Forest was not like that, but Anton felt that the area was still magical. He continued his journey, enjoying the sights that he saw and not forgetting to record all of them. What he did not know was that his video upload was gaining popularity. It appeared that netizens were treating his videos as CGI-filled gameplay of some unreleased triple-A game, and most of the viewers were treating them as ASMR videos due to how long and tranquil his recordings were.

  For the next three days, Anton’s life was him walking through the forest like a true-blue adventurer. The funny thing was, the forest was supposed to be extremely dangerous, especially once a person was deep inside. Given that he was still just more than a week into his journey and not yet in the middle of the northern forest, the fact was, the most dangerous animals avoided him. It would probably be a week more before he was truly deep inside the forest.

  Since he had been gone from the manor for four days, Anton decided to return that night to appease his family.

  When the sun had set, Anton used a Town Portal Scroll to return home. Once he was back, he immediately cast the Blizzard Spell converted into the gentle Mana Rain all over the manor to announce his return, and as expected, Raymond, his father, Anna, Luna, and Alfred arrived.

  After a round of welcoming, Alfred requested the remaining episodes of Avatar, and the siblings left soon after.

  Anders and Anna told Anton the happenings in the manor while he was gone. The Television Cinema was successfully established, and since the tickets were extremely affordable even for normal folks, the business was booming. The fashion magazine was also successfully launched by Romina, with Luna studying the process under her.

  The fashion magazine offices were beside the cinema, and as of that moment, the only customers were the rich, idle noblewomen. The magazine encountered some criticism, mostly from the men, saying that it was a frivolous venture, but since the main consumers were their womenfolk, their complaint was subdued. Nobody wanted a tumultuous household.

  Romina was extremely busy since she was still in the process of building the foundation of the magazine, like hiring reporters and picture takers.

  Anna was amused when most of the gossip and pictures came from the wannabe celebrities themselves. They would send a tip to Romina somehow that so and so would be in such a scandalous place wearing a gorgeous gown made by a famous clothier, meeting a lover, and the actual sender was the lady herself. Only one magazine had been released so far, but all the ladies who thought themselves rich and beautiful and should be the center of attention wanted to be inside its pages. Unsurprisingly, there were already imitators, but Anton already warned Romina about that and that it was inevitable. That was the only way for the magazine to remain relevant was to maintain the highest quality.

  Romina was confident with the magazine mostly because of the movie and the television cinema. Since she also handled which movies and television shows would be released next, she had all the information and would use it to make sure that the magazine was popular enough.

  Anton was surprised that their father had decided to hold off on delving into the dungeon while Anna was at home and would only return to doing that business once she returned to school. What surprised Anton the most was that Anna declined to level up her Sorceress class. She said that she had enough level for now and just wanted to enjoy her vacation. She was busy watching movies and television shows with her friends and with Luna and Alfred. Anton kept forgetting that Anna was just a few years older than Alfred. He thought of his sister as the same age as Luna and kept forgetting that she was just a kid.

  Anton showed more of the videos that he had recorded of his travels. Anna and Anders were fascinated by the Pixies and their kingdom. Even though Anton only managed to record the periphery of their kingdom, that was enough to convey how beautiful and magical the pixie kingdom was.

  He also showed off the unique and magical sights that he discovered along the way. The magical insects and animals. The plants and unique places, and more. Anders sighed and said that he would have liked to join Anton in his travels, but surprisingly, Anna did not. She did not want to get too far away from the civilized world and her friends. Anders also could not get away from managing his men, who continued delving into the dungeon.

  Anton was surprised to learn that Anders’s men were providing the family a significant amount of wealth from delving into the dungeon, even though Anton’s father was already very generous in giving out remuneration to his men.

  The Sunder’s family wealth kept on growing, and soon, they would be one of the richest families in this small part of the kingdom. Anders was amused when Romina, Bruce, Sarah, Luna, and Alfred requested to have the family name. Since, in Anders' mind, it was not that important, he immediately gave his approval even without consulting Anton and Anna. The siblings thought the same as their father and just shrugged.

  Luna even declared that if she married someone someday, her husband better get used to the idea that she would keep her last name and that there was a chance that her husband would adopt the Sunder family name as well. Anton, Anna, and Anders just laughed at the idea.
