[Opening Scene – A Quiet Park on the Road to Dark City]

  The scene opens with the brawlers walking down a long, winding road. The sun is setting, casting an orange glow across the landscape as Kouchu, Shauna, Sakuro, and their Crystal Monsters, including Roaracryst, Mouselette, Ninecoat, and Plantmore, arrive at a park. The peaceful atmosphere contrasts the looming city in the distance.

  Shauna:

  “It’s such a nice place to rest before heading into Dark City.”

  Sakuro:

  “I’ve heard the road ahead is full of dangerous brawlers. Might be good to relax for a bit.”

  Kouchu:

  “I agree. Let’s just—”

  Suddenly, a shadow falls over Kouchu. A chilling laugh cuts through the peaceful scene.

  Hunter Grai (appearing from the shadows):

  “Well, well, if it isn’t Kouchu and his little group of misfits.”

  Kouchu (surprised, stepping back):

  “Grai! What do you want this time?”

  [Cut to: Hunter Grai’s Trap]

  Grai’s menacing presence takes over as he steps forward. Before Kouchu and his friends can react, Grai pulls out a device, causing Kouchu to feel a sudden pressure in his chest.

  Hunter Grai:

  “You’ve been a thorn in my side long enough, Kouchu. This time, I’m not letting you escape.”

  Kouchu tries to move, but he’s held in place by an invisible force. His Crystal Monsters attempt to fight back, but they too are paralyzed by the same force.

  Shauna (panicked):

  “Kouchu! What’s happening?!”

  Kouchu (struggling):

  “I—I can’t move! He’s got us!”

  Grai (mocking):

  “Oh, did you really think you could escape me forever? I know exactly what you have—those precious Crystal Balls. Hand them over if you want to survive. The only way to free yourself is to give them to me.”

  Kouchu, heart racing, looks at his friends. Shauna, Sakuro, and his monsters are paralyzed. Kouchu reluctantly reaches for his belt, where the Crystal Balls are stored, knowing that Grai will hurt them if he refuses.

  “Fine… just let them go.”

  He slowly starts to hand over the Crystal Balls, but as his hand moves toward them, something inside him sparks with determination.

  Kouchu gives Grai the balls, but as soon as Grai grabs them, Kouchu’s eyes flash with resolve.

  Kouchu (thinking to himself):

  “I can’t just give up. Not like this.”

  Kouchu suddenly jerks forward, using all his remaining strength to snap the collar around his neck. The force of the collar’s grip weakens just long enough for Kouchu to make a quick decision.

  Kouchu (yelling):

  “Roaracryst! Now!”

  Roaracryst, despite his weakened state, lunges forward with a roar, using his shuriken-like abilities to launch a series of precise, rapid strikes at Grai’s hands, knocking the Crystal Balls out of his grasp.

  [The Struggle and Sacrifice]

  The battle escalates. Ninecoat, Plantmore, and Mouselette join the fight, but they’re quickly exhausted, having used up too much energy in their struggle against Grai’s forces.

  Shauna (worried):

  “No, they’re too weak! We need to get out of here!”

  Grai smirks, confident he’s about to win. But just as he moves to take control again, Roaracryst jumps in front of Kouchu, shielding him from Grai’s next move.

  Grai (laughing cruelly):

  “Pathetic. You think this monster can save you?”

  Kouchu (gritting his teeth):

  “Don’t underestimate him!”

  Roaracryst, weakened but still determined, sacrifices himself, charging at Grai one last time. With a final burst of energy, Roaracryst leaps into the air, grabbing the Crystal Balls that Grai had stolen, holding them tightly in his paws as he plunges down into the dirt.

  Roaracryst (growling softly):

  “I… won’t… let him… win…”

  Kouchu, Shauna, and Sakuro scramble to grab the Crystal Balls that Roaracryst had saved. As Grai stumbles backward, furious, Kouchu realizes they’re out of time.

  Kouchu (rushing):

  “We have to get Roaracryst out of here! He’s too weak!”

  Grai, however, isn’t finished. He starts advancing toward them, but just as he’s about to strike, Kouchu picks up Roaracryst and begins running toward the road to Route 4.

  Kouchu (panting, desperate):

  “Hold on, Roaracryst! We’re almost there!”

  Sakuro (running beside Kouchu):

  “There’s a CrystalHospital up ahead! We can make it!”

  [Cut to: CrystalHospital – Route 4]

  They burst through the door of the CrystalHospital, out of breath and frantic. The staff quickly take Roaracryst and rush him to a medical bay.

  Shauna (crying):

  “He can’t be gone… please, Roaracryst, hang on!”

  Kouchu looks at the staff as they work quickly to stabilize Roaracryst. He clenches his fists in frustration, unable to do anything but watch.

  Kouchu (to himself):

  “Why does this always happen? Why can’t I protect them…?”

  Sakuro (putting a hand on Kouchu’s shoulder):

  “You did everything you could, Kouchu. Roaracryst knew what he was doing.”

  Kouchu nods, wiping his eyes as he looks at his loyal friend.

  Kouchu (whispering):

  “I can’t let this happen again… I’ll get stronger. I’ll protect all of you.”

  The camera focuses on Roaracryst, resting peacefully, but still struggling.

  [End Scene – Outside the CrystalHospital]

  Kouchu, Shauna, and Sakuro sit on a bench, exhausted. The storm clouds from earlier have parted, leaving the sky clear.

  Shauna:

  “Maybe we should’ve asked for more help back there…”

  Sakuro:

  “We couldn’t have predicted it. We’ll learn from this.”

  Kouchu looks up at the sky, his gaze resolute.

  Kouchu (to himself):

  “We’ll get through this. I’ll make sure no one gets hurt again.”
