It was a fairly bright afternoon, Senko and I were at the cafeteria waiting in line to buy some lunch since we just finished our third css.

  “Hey Yuuki, have you thought of who to ask out for the culture festival?” Senko asked slyly.

  “I heard of it but I don't really think anyone would willingly go with me. How about you? Have you thought of asking anyone out?”

  “I'm thinking about asking Hana-Chan from Css 3A.” Senko confidently said.

  “Hm… Hana-San isn't a bad choice since she's very pretty, but she's kinda out of your league buddy.”

  “A man can dream, pal!” Senko smacked my shoulder lightly.

  “However, Wouldn't you have better luck asking Ruri-san of Css 1A or even Ava-chan from Css 2B? I heard from Kana that they kept looking at you during the Film Festival st week.” I suggested.

  "You think so huh?” Senko suspiciously questioned

  “It's worth a try isn't it?”

  “You have a point there Yuuki, how about you? You really don't have any pns to ask anyone out?”

  “Not really no.”

  “Bummer.”

  Now that I was thinking about it, the only person I'm even willing to ask to join me is Haruka.

  When we finally reached the lunch dy, Senko ordered a couple of shrimp tacos and a bowl of guacamole and a side of baked beans. Senko was the type to try different types of dishes internationally

  Meanwhile I got a bowl of rice with some Fish Fillet and Miso soup. Yes I do prefer to keep my palette more traditional and local.

  As for drinks We are the complete opposite. I went and got a small milk tea while Senko bought Matcha Tea. When it comes to drinks I prefer ones outside of Japan while Senko prefers local beverages.

  I guess our differences is a reason we've been best friends since nursery.

  While looking for a table to sit at, Senko and I walked past the table that Kana and Her cssmates sat on, I don't know if she noticed us to be honest.

  “This pce is way too crowded today.” I muttered while trying to look around.

  “Tell me about it- over there!” Senko quickly signaled.

  Senko had found a table for two that both of us could occupy alone, that was a benefit of only having lunch with 1 person, while everyone else tried to have an entire party worth.

  “Thanks for the meal.” Senko and I said in unison before starting our lunch break.

  After a moment or two Senko suddenly asked me a peculiar question.

  “Yuuki can I copy your homework ter?” Senko asked confidently.

  "Again? Isn't this the 3rd time this month?” I responded in an annoyed tone.

  “Come on! I'll treat you at the nearby StoreBucks for compensation.”

  “Fine, what's the budget?” I reluctantly said yes.

  “Is 25,000￥ good enough?” Senko questioned curiously.

  “Make it 28,000 and we have a deal.” I bargained

  “Deal!”

  Senko and I shook hands on our newly agreed bargain! We continued eating our lunch.

  “Are you sure you don't pn to ask anyone out?” Senko tapped the table and leaned closer to get my attention.

  “Why are you being insistent today? You're never like that.” I pushed his face away.

  “It’s because I want you to ask Kana out for the festival.” Senko finally answered.

  “No thanks, and why do you even want me to specifically ask her out?”

  “It's because our parents told me to keep an eye on Kana during the culture festival, but I don't wanna waste my youth on babysitting a brat!” Senko Pridefully answered.

  “Um… you might want to-” I quickly noticed Kana overheard what Senko said about her being a brat and was about to throw something at his head.

  “I’m not done yet! would rather spend it on a lovely young dy- OUCH!” Senko screamed as Kana threw a textbook at the back of his head.

  “Pfft~ I tried to warn you.” I held back my ughter.

  "Stupid Big brother! I'm not a brat!" Kana shouted from across the room.

  "I MEANT WHAT I SAID YOU BRAT!" Senko threw the textbook back at Kana causing us to get the attention of a teacher.

  Needless to say Senko 100% deserved that attack from his own little sister.

  Some time passes and our csses have finally finished. Senko and I walked together heading towards the nearby StoreBucks to do our homework together and have a coffee break after nearly getting sent to detention for causing a ruckus at the Cafeteria.

  "Hey Yuuki, After this let's go py Kyoryu online ter at night, I really want to try the new patch." Senko suggested as he pced his shoulder on mine.

  "It's the same for Me I really want to py it with everyone but schedules got murky."

  "What time should we start?" Questioned Senko.

  "5:00 pm should be good." I answered.

  "Fine by me, but you better not be te under any circumstances!"

  "Haha it's a deal!"
