XXX: CRACK

  KA-KRUNCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Landing all in unison, standing side by side upon the wreckage of Magnus’s destroyed, former hut dwelling were Galactic Deciders Braako, Apollox, Medo, Tristen, Draex, Kai, and Xan.

As for Rayven, she remained in the orbit of Rannuk, preparing to use her Gravity-Cylinder to split the planet in half ONCE she was given the official word to do so by Braako himself.

“BY THE EMPEROR’S GRAND GAZE!!!” Tristen blared in exaggerated shock. “TIS REALLY YOU???”

“Magnus?” Braako said in an unsure tone of voice whilst laying eyes upon the World-Breaker’s rather ‘rigid’-looking frame.

Squinting his eyes at his ‘brother’, Tristen took a half-step forward and asked, “Tis really him? Because it does not look like him.”

“TIS HIM,” Apollox boomed as he glared intensely at Magnus.

“How can you be so sure of that, Brother?” Medo asked the towering, dark-skinned brute.

“Because,” Apollox huffed. “He still smells the same… Only covered in RAXX now.”

“AND GORE, from the looks of it,” Draex commented in regards to the dried Thundrukii Blood and Guts that Magnus was still covered in from head to toe.

  Shivering slightly, Xan stammered, “I… I duh-duh-don’t like th-this. Muh-Maybe we should’ve st-st-stayed up in orbit and ga-ga-gave Anora a little more tuh-tuh-time.”

Looking down at Xan was Kai, who shook his still armored head at him.

“Time? TIME???” Tristen asked Little Xan. “Brother, I do believe we have given ‘Sister Anora’ all of the thracking ‘time’ she requested.”

Turning to Braako now, Tristen asked with a sneer beneath his battle helmet, “SIX MINUTE-CYCLES… Tis correct, Commanding-Lea--”

“OATH-BREAAAAAAKER!!!!!!!” Braako angrily raged at Magnus, who laid his bloodshot eyes upon his brutish warrior frame wearily.

“Braako,” Magnus muttered as Anora still tried to come to terms with all of what the World-Breaker had just told her.

Deactivating his battle helmet, Braako revealed his bearded face to Magnus as he stepped forward to furiously state, “ For over a THRACKING CYCLE now we have restlessly searched for your thracking traitorous arse all over this thracking galactic sector and now, at long last… WE HAVE FINALLY FOUND YOU!!!”

Magnus said to his still stunned ‘sister’. “You must be the one to kill me, Anora. You must be the one…”

Breaking the hold that he still had on Anora’s arms, Magnus levitated himself across the impact crater in order to meet with Braako and the others.

Scrunching her brow, Anora called out, “Muh-Magnus? MAGNUS, wait… WAIT!!!”

Ignoring Anora’s call, Magnus landed on the ground only about six and a half feet away from Braako.

“So, what do you have to say for yourself and your TRAITOROUS actions, OATH-BREAKER?!” Braako asked Magnus as the others all stepped forward to join him in unison, with Xan lagging slightly behind still, as always.

“Oath-Breaker?” Magnus huffed in confusion. “So, that’s what they’re calling me now, eh? Well, I must say, tis more pleasing to say than ‘World-Breaker’”

“YOU ARE GOING TO PAY, YOU THRACKING SKOGGER!” Apollox roared whilst shifting his immense frame towards Magnus.

Magnus remained standing still as a statue whilst Apollox continued, “You are going to thracking PAY grandly for all of the damage and death you caused back on Voltaira!”

“Grand,” Magnus answered, surprising the Galactic Deciders.

  “Grand???” Apollox repeated in confusion.

“Yes, Apollox… GRAND,” Magnus confirmed. “I welcome my punishment… AND DEATH with ‘open arms’.”

Looking at the rest of his fellow ‘Crixans’ now, Magnus said, “I have been welcoming it ever since I learned of the truth.”

“Truth??? What ‘truth’?” Kai asked his former comrade.

“What are you thracking on about, Oath-Breaker?” Braako asked Magnus.

“The truth, Braako… THE TERRIBLE TRUTH,” Magnus restated as he now laid his eyes upon the new commanding-leader of the Galactic Deciders. “The ‘terrible truth’ you all MUST know before my life-cycle is taken… BY ANORA.”

Magnus now glanced back at Anora, who had a very tense expression on her face still.

The Breaker of Worlds cracked the faintest of slight grins at her whilst Draex asked, “And what ‘ terrible truth’ must we all know, Oath-Breaker?”

“NO! We do not have the time ‘for words’!” Braako angrily raged out of annoyance and frustration. “Tis the time for action!”

Drawing out his Pulsar Lancer from its sheath that was attached to his shell-like back, Braako activated its ‘double-blades’.

As Magnus eyed the slightly glowing zilitium metal blades of Braako’s Lancer, Anora suddenly cried out, “NO! STOP!!!!”

Shooting up into the air and landing just as fast between both Magnus and the Galactic Deciders, Anora pleaded, “STOP, BRAAKO! ALL OF YOU… STOP, I SAY!!!”

“Stand aside, Decider Anora!” Braako ordered whilst tightening the grip that he had around his Pulsar Lancer’s hilt. “Your time to take the Oath-Breaker’s Life-Cycle has passed!”

“AYE,” Apollox happily nodded. “Tis now OUR turn…”

As Apollox got in a combative stance Medo asked Anora, “SISTER… Why did you not do as you said you were going to do and apprehend this traitorous skogger? OR KILL HIM, as he so DESPERATELY requests.”

The World-Breaker remained emotionless and motionless whilst Anora attempted to explain, “Because Magnus told me something.”

“Wuh-What did he tuh-tuh-tell you, Auh-Anora?” Xan stammered from alongside Kai.

Looking over at Xan before looking to the others again, Anora explained, “He told me the truth… THE TERRIBLE TRUTH!”

“The truth about what?” Draex asked after creating two, twirling ‘Gravity Blades’ in his hands.

“EVERYTHING!” Anora blasted. “A truth so terrible, so sinister, and so UNTHINKABLE that even I did not even believe it… AT FIRST.”

“ANORA… STAND ASIDE,” Braako urged again. “I have given you an order… SO FOLLOW IT!!!”

Facing Braako again, Anora shook her head and said, “No… NO, BRAAKO! I will not ‘stand aside’! Not anymore! Not until you… ALL OF YOU listen to what Magnus and I have to say!”

“Magnus… AND I???” Apollox said in unfiltered anger.

“YES!” Anora snapped. “Yes, Magnus and I! MAGNUS AND ALL OF US! We have been lied to! We all have been! Ever since we were childlings!”

  “Wuh-Wuh-What?” Xan stammered in confusion.

Stepping a bit more forward was Kai, who asked in concern, “Anora, WHAT are you talking about???”

“GALACTIC DECIDER ANORA!!!!” Braako suddenly raged in an extremely loud tone of voice. “STAND ASIDE RIGHT THRACKING NOW! TIS YOUR FINAL ORDER!!!! If you fail to comply then you are committing a HEINOUS CRIME! One against myself, your fellow Galactic Decider Kinsmen, and the Emperor himsel--”

“WE ARE NOT VOLTAIRIAN!!!!” Anora blared, cutting Braako off at mid-sentence. “WE HAVE NEVER BEEN VOLTAIRAN!!! WE ARE NOT EVEN FROM THE PLANET VOLTAIRA!”

“WHAT?” Tristen said in utter confusion after Anora’s outburst.

“Anora… What is your thracking disturbance?” Medo asked.

“I am not ‘disturbed’, Meds!” Anora snapped back at her Crixan ‘sister’. “I AM TRYING TO TELL YOU ALL THE TRUTH!!! The terrible truth that caused Magnus to flee from Voltaira! The terrible truth that almost got him KILLED by the Voltairan Knights… WHO WERE SENT ON THE BEHALF OF THE EMP…”

  CRAAAAAAACK!!!

  Time stopped.

Scrunching his brow, Magnus watched as Anora’s voice suddenly ‘fell out’… ALONG WITH HER LEGS.

Falling down to her knees firstly, Anora, whose head now dangled like a heavy sack on her shoulders, slumped to her left before crashing down on the ground… AT BRAAKO’S FEET.

Looking down at Anora’s now MOTIONLESS body, Magnus still did not know what to…

  _

  WAIT.

Nuh-No. No, no. No, no, no.

This… This cannot be real… CAN IT???

  _

“Kuh-Killed her,” Xan stammered as he used his eyesight to zero-in on Anora’s neck to see that multiple bones had been broken along with there being no active pulse either. “You… You killed her.”

Raising his head upward now, Xan, as well as the rest of the Galactic Deciders, all looked to Braako, who had his eyes still dead set on Magnus.

“I gave her an order… AND SHE REFUSED TO FOLLOW THAT ORDER,” Braako gritted after using his telekinesis to break Anora’s neck in less than a milli-cycle. “Failure to comply with a COMMANDING-LEADERS order is punishable by way of imprisonment or banishment on Voltaira… BUT WE ARE NO LONGER ON VOLTAIRA.”

Keeping his eyes stuck on Anora’s now lifeless body as it now laid in the dirt and dead leaf covered Rannukan ground, Magnus desperately tried not to believe in what had just happened.

“I hope it was all worth it, Oath-Breaker,” Braako said to the traumatized Magnus. “Now… TIME TO MEET YOUR END!”

Before Braako could strike him with the front tip of his Pulsar Lancer’s slightly glowing Zilitium Metal Blade, Magnus suddenly crashed down to his knees.

This sudden act of emotion was very strange and ‘foreign’ to Braako and the others, causing them all to rear back and simply watch in mixtures of confusion and curiosity.

“Wuh-What are you doing???” Braako as Magnus as he watched the World-Breaker pick up Anora’s lifeless corpse in his frail arms. “WHAT ARE YOU DOING?! Stand up… STAND UP, I SAY!!!”

Cradling Anora’s body in his arms now, Magnus looked upon her already pale face.

Anora’s eyes remained stuck open, looking up towards the Rannukan skyways as Magnus looked down upon her gravely.

Having not felt this kind of emotion since he first learned of the ‘the terrible truth’, Magnus just let go of his hardened instincts and gave into his most longed for temptation at the current time: SADNESS.

With tear drops falling from his eyes, Magnus watched as they collapsed onto not one, but BOTH of Anora’s cheeks.

Due to how she was lying so lifelessly and sprawled out like a ‘ragdoll’ in Magnus’s arms, it looked like Anora, herself, was even crying.

The concept of emotion… LET ALONE TEARS proved to be far too much for Braako and the others, causing them all to step back a few feet cautiously.

“WHAT ARE YOU DOING?! STOP IT! BRAAKO, STOP HIM!” Medo raged as the new Commanding-Leader of the Galactic Deciders stared at Magnus in utter confusion.

Now sobbing for the first time in his whole accursed life-cycle, Magnus held Anora’s head tightly against his bony chest and let his tears flow.

The Breaker of Worlds sobbed whilst the Galactic Deciders, and the Jorrakan, all watched him do so.

  Anora… Oh, Anora…

  I am sorry.

I am TRULY sorry for this ultimate punishment that I have given you.

Not Braako… Or anyone else… Just myself.

  MYSELF.

  The thracking ‘World-Breaker’… or ‘Oath-Breaker’.

  Urgh… Ugh… Is that all I am?

  Is it? IS IT?!?!

URGH-GAH!!! ANSWER ME! SOMEBODY?! ANYBODY?! ANSWER ME!!!

Juh-Jaiya… JAIYA, I KNOW YOU ARE THERE!

I KNOW YOU ARE THERE, SOMEWHERE, LISTENING!

  OBSERVING!!!

TELL ME!!! WHAT AM I TO DO?!

WHAT AM I TO THRACKING DO?!!!”

Gugh… Ugh… Fight? Is that it? Is that what you want?

  IS IT?! IS IT?!?!

  URRRRAAAAAH!!!!!

FINE!!! THRACKING FINE! IF THAT’S WHAT YOU WANT THEN FINE!

  SO THRACKING…

  _

“BE IT,” Magnus gritted angrily as he laid Anora’s lifeless head and body back down on the ground… WITH HIS TELEKINESIS.

Closing her eyes with his left hand, Magnus clenched his jaw as Braako, Apollox, Medo, and the others all stared at him cautiously still… Whilst also looking at one another just as cautiously.

“You all came here for the ‘Breaker of Worlds’... YES???” Magnus asked in a shaky voice whilst having his face shrouded by his long, stringy hair.

“FINE,” Magnus growled as he raised his hair covered face to reveal to the now eight Galactic Deciders that his eyes were glowing bright, stark white.

Levitating high up in the air before his fellow, former brethren with his fists clenched and long stringy hair all ‘standing up’ and away from his scalp, Magnus said while they all stared up at him with widened eyes, “HERE I AM… RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!”
