I took about three years to master a lot of the skills I had, and as such I also gained a bunch of new skills. What I did not know, was while I had been training without adviser, I had gained a lot of experience points and as such spent three days looking through and choosing good ones like the black smithing. I advanced that by volunteering at the black smith in Hearthsmeth. It was hard work but at least it paid off. I got some money, experience, and skill advancements.
As a result, I soon gained the master forger skill, the other black smiths were obviously astounded at my skill in smithing and for some reason my tools or weapons I created always seemed harder and more durable. (I added small amount of titanium without them noticing).
Soon I created my own staff and other weapons, like my katana and light armour, which I was able to then store in my alternate storage spell. It took me months to understand the concept, but at least I figured it out, it made carrying much easier.
I also learned the copy skill, and as such I was able to copy any book I saw. Meaning, I no longer needed to buy the books I needed. I could just make a copy out of thin air. I did feel as though I was cheating them though, but I needed the knowledge contained within.
And I usually found another way to pay them back. I was now twelve, and dad was looking to see whether I paid any girl a certain amount of attention. That was going to be an awkward conversation, but I would deal with when it came, damn world and its lolicon laws.
But I did want a girl. The thing is that none of the girls in the surrounding area caught my fancy. None of them wanted to be an adventurer, and I was going to be doing a lot of adventuring.
Hurial had yet not shown up, and mom and dad were afraid of what might have happened to him. Truth is, I could not care less but I still comforted them.
I did my best to avoid long conversations, because after having had aced all my mother’s tests in magic she started getting suspicious of how good a mage I really was.

It made things harder than necessary. That was when I decided to learn teleportation. Usually only very powerful and skilled mages could use that, but because I knew the concept quite well and had mastered the storage spell, I was able to learn it in a jiffy.
With all the chi I had converted into mana I gained a new skill known as limitless growth. With it the more mana I use and get, the bigger my manna capacity became. However, I then had to learn the conceal presence skill, because I had a massive mana. You could smell it on me and even my mother would have noticed.
While I had been learning all this, I noticed that the people here, tended to not fully understand most of what they were doing. They did the things like forging a sword, but they lacked the full understanding as to why they had to reheat it, sure they usually said it was because it makes the things stronger. But that was as far as it went.
By my thirteenth birthday, my farther pulled me aside, and asked me.
“Son, when are you going to bring home a nice girl, ha-ha?” while wrapping his arm around my head. “When I find her someday, I guess. Look I want to travel the world, do a bit of adventuring before I settle down. I am not like Brandon I cannot settle down easily.”
“Hmm, well then where are you going to go then. As far as I know, there is nothing more I can teach you, even your mother has nothing left in her arsenal.” He looked at me out of the corner of his eye.
“I was thinking, first I want to go to Werow and then probably to Angralia, where I can join an adventures guild.”
“From there I do not know. I will figure it out along the way.” I looked him straight in the eyes while saying that. “Can’t say I am surprized about this day, you never were a restful child, and you were a damn quick study if I do say so myself.”
We went inside after that and he broke the news to my mother who, embraced me with tears in her eyes saying she knew it would happen but that she still wished I could stay.
“I will not be away forever. I will come visit every now and then.” I did not need to tell them that I could just teleport back home if I really wanted too. Which was a second reason I wanted to travel. I wanted to be able to go anywhere I want to, my only limitation now, is that I cannot travel to places I have not been without true coordinates and distance from my target, so I would have to go there normally first.
I knew at this point the only way I could be happy, would be if I was out there doing what I want to. My power at this point was way more impressive than necessary. I was going out to explore.
