  Chapter 16: Finally outside

  Finally after one month Neuron and Kyle were allowed to go outside the city, well, Neuron finished his ban before Kyle, but they agreed to go outside together so he stayed inside to train.

  After an annoying time of waiting Kyle finally showed up, but Neuron didn`t recognize him at first, because he had a full plate armor on and on his back where a round shield, and a bastard sword, he only recognized him when Kyle stopped before him.

  “Hey Neuron”

  “Wow, I didn`t recognize you at first I, thought that you`d become some kind of Dexterity based class, well I guess looks can be deceiving.”

  “Yeah, things happened; by the way, you look good too”

  “Thanks”

  Neurons gear was all made from leather, leather pants, shirt, and leather sweater, it didn`t give much defense wise, but it provided high mobility.

  It really looked like the garment of a native American, and he knew it, so he also added many fringes to increase the effect.

  The only odd things where his right and left hand gear. At his right hand he had a glove, that only covered his two dominant fingers, meaning his trigger finger and his middle finger, and at the left hand, he had a armguard, that didn`t just protect the outer part of his arm, but also extended inwards.

  “I just took a thread, made a loop on one end, then I beaded on some of the shuriken and put the other end through the loop, too fixate them there. Then I fixated the part with the loop on my belt.”

  “Sweet, but can you throw them quickly like that?”

  “Don’t worry, I trained that a lot. And about the axes, I fixated them right there on my back”

  “So ?hm, would you mind showing me your stats?”

  “No, but would you show me yours too?”

  “Well he did offer me to become an archer.”

I pondered about it really hard, I even watched some footage about archers, and there I noticed that archer are the most effective in groups off three and more, but one of the group has to be a tank, and the other some cleric, ore someone with healing ability. And to boot they can`t fight in close combat, if it comes to this, they are nearly as squishy as mages, but not with the bonus of high damage. And also the skills an archer gets are involving vision, what I already have and rapid fire, what I don`t need, because I shoot like a sniper and not like a MG. And also…..

  “Okay, okay I get it, you thought it through, I get it, let’s head out already”

  While heading out: “Kyle, why aren`t you using a war hammer, I always thought, that a defender should use one”

  “I don`t have the strength yet to use it with one hand”
