The Myriad Worlds are burning.
Nearly everywhere, new and increasingly diverse ranges of social upheaval sprouted, with a variety of different reasons behind them. For the vast majority of everyone involved across the Coalition and their satellite states, such rebellion began taking place as the new norm. Political violence and extremity is gaining pace with no peak in sight.
All seemed to have common grievances and interests. The people found themselves finally at the breaking point after being stomped upon and exploited for so long. Trust in the Coalition’s narratives and institutions eroded ever faster. Increasingly, there was less and less to lose.
By far the most uniting cause would arguably be the idolization of Lym into a socio-political-religious figure. Warped across a wide variety of needs and causes, she becomes a widespread symbol of resistance. Unfortunately for the masses, given the overall lack of coordination and shared interests, this is where the similarities end.

Many found themselves using the symbol without even understanding the original context and meaning. Lym quickly became something completely different from who or what she is. To some, she is a benevolent freedom fighter. To others, an exotic icon. To others more, she is ordained and destined by the Gods, sent here by divine purpose. Very few remember the original truth when it was first broadcasted in Ulminh and Qiaou.
With additional bad-faith actors, the Coalition quickly seized the capital within this opportunity to continually divide, conquer, and weaken the disorganized and chaotic resistance. There currently is no meaningful way to organize and mobilize them effectively, even if they did hold the cards to more resources and larger numbers.
At least, not yet.
