[1] Crimson Echoes
Daniel woke to the sound of silence. Not the comforting kind, but the heavy, suffocating silence that presses against your skull.
His head pounded. The memory of last night—crimson light tearing through reality, the voice in his mind, the world trembling—played back in flashes.
He sat up. His reflection in the dorm window caught him off guard.
His irises burned a faint crimson glow, fading in and out like embers.
“It wasn’t a dream.”
And then—
“Finally awake?”
The voice. The same cold, ancient presence from before.
Daniel stiffened. “…So you’re real.”
“I am you. Or perhaps… you are me. Does it matter? The crimson will not vanish now.”
[2] Monsters Don’t Pay Tuition
The Academy courtyard buzzed louder than usual. Rumors spread like wildfire—students whispering about the crimson flare seen across the city.
Daniel tried to blend into the crowd, but every laugh, every stare felt directed at him.

He ducked away to an empty practice hall. Wooden dummies lined the walls. His hands trembled as he held them out.
“…Okay. I dunno what's all this but it sure is something serious.”
He closed his eyes, thought everything possible, and suddenly the same voice again—"so, you wanna figure out who am I" and the voice chuckled
Then suddenly his brain started hurt like hell, like someone has striked a hammer strike inside his brain
Daniel knelt down holding his head. “Ahh!! It hurts.”
[3] The Voice Within
"Hmm. I know you are eager to find me out and you will get to know but not now ”
The voice drifted away.
Daniel didn’t flinch this time. “You’re not some monster whispering in my ear. You’re me. My power. And I’m not running from myself.”
Silence, then a faint chuckle.
“…Interesting. Then let us see how long you survive with such resolve.”
For a fleeting moment, Daniel felt something shift. The presence no longer loomed like a stranger—it pulsed in sync with his heartbeat.
[4] An Unexpected Witness
The hall doors creaked.
Daniel snapped his aura shut, chest heaving, as a figure stepped inside.
A woman with silver hair, her stride confident, not hesitant like a student. She wasn’t dressed in Academy uniform, but in sharp business attire, eyes scanning Daniel with piercing curiosity.
Selena.
She smirked faintly. "So the rumors were true. Crimson light, a boy no one can explain, power out of nowhere…”
Daniel swallowed. “Who are you?”
She didn’t answer. Instead, she tapped her wrist device, logging something. “You’ll do.” Then, just as quickly as she appeared, she turned to leave.
The faintest trace of her perfume lingered in the air.
[5] Laughter in the Aftermath
Later that night, Daniel flopped onto his bed. His crimson eyes flickered dimly in the dark.
“Great. I’ve officially leveled up into a walking hazard. And apparently businesswomen are stalking me now. Perfect.”
He groaned into his pillow. “This isn’t even the cool part of the anime yet…”
The voice inside him chuckled softly.
“And yet, your story has already begun.”
Daniel sighed. “Yeah, yeah. At least let me have a normal dinner first.”
[6] The day sky split
It was night time. Daniel, Tom and Jackson were in one room playing video games.
"Get that you son of bitch!" Tom shouted
"Well I need help here, someone come fast!" Daniel begged
"Coming!" Jackson said calmly
But not even in their wildest dreams would they have thought what was going to happen in that moment.
They heard a huge BANG, a loud noise, so loud that everyone in the whole country heard that. And when those three looked out of the window they couldn't believe their own eyes, the sky had a crack, it had split.
And from that crack an orb appeared and the moment everyone saw that orb, the orb emitted a bright glow and then it disappeared.
