History books tell the big stories. Lost among those boulders that shaped the past are the gravel and sand, the lesser-known efforts, decisions, and outcomes delivering just the right catalyst at just the right time.
This is not a tale of powerful heroes on a noble quest to save the world, but of unremarkables, originally driven by curiosity, vengeance, and greed.
This is a tale of timely gravel.
The story begins on the eastern continent of Venn, in the foothills of the Glimmerstone mountains, where the western edge of the Kingdom of Shan borders the Siremirian League.
More specifically, we travel to the Luminarium, a monastery nestled high in the Glimmerstones. The abbey is home to a group of warrior monks. Together with other orders throughout the mountain range, they monitor the passes as a form of early warning system for the kingdoms to the south and east against threats from the western wildlands.

Meet the party and join them on a seemingly simple journey of revenge, profit, and self-affirmation that spirals into a complex heist against an unknown foe with far more at stake than they realize:
Singing Bird - A feline rogue, running from his past indiscretions with quick blades and quicker wit.
Whydah (WHYD-uh) - Bird's halfling bard apprentice trying to find her musical place in the world.
Iskvold (EESK-veld) - A scholarly drow monk coming to terms with an uncontrollable but addictively delicious rage problem.
Tsuta (SOO-ta) - An obsessive-compulsive high-elven monk and cleric who gave up adventuring for the simple monastery life.
Lunish (LOO-nish) - A druidic gnome and part-time spy suffering from impostor syndrome and clueless about her magical potential.
Glynfir (GLIN-feer) - Lunish's half-elven colleague, a talented wizard and a degenerate gambler more concerned with his image than his impact.
Segwyn (SEG-win) - An elven ranger desperate to escape the shadow of his larger-than-life father and succeed on his own merits.
Not heroes, not champions, just a slightly dysfunctional band of adventurers pushed to the forefront by circumstance and an unexpected sense of duty.
Welcome to Venn!
