Organization Is Key

I don't know how I knew Daddy was having a hard time organizing all the family members. I knew I needed to help him and I knew exactly what to do to help.
I went to his office and asked for a note book, and the list of patients. I had brought my colored pencils with me. I asked if I could stay in his office to work. He smiled and me yes. I sat on the small sofa in the corner and began to work on getting this situation organized.
I get my silver pencil and start with the Ware Bears. I chose silver because Luna Willow was the first to arrive and she is from the White Oak Clan.

Finally I finished my color coded list. It took about 4 hours but I didn't have anything else to do at the time. Besides, Daddy needed help. It will be easier to track family members who arrive this way. We can let 1 person in each group see their loved ones, rather than having the clinic overloaded with several people who may or may not get along with each other. We need to keep a close watch on how the patient's family members react to seeing them. I have a strong feeling that some of them were involved in their disappearances.
