S2 Ep 25 - Kaiden’s Traumatic Past

Kaiden starts reminiscing about his childhood to the warriors, telling moments of his past that was filled with love and tenderness from his parents. Kaiden's voice softens as he reminiscences about his childhood, his features taking on a nostalgic expression. "Every morning before I turned 13, we would spend time together at the breakfast table, sharing stories and laughing. We would go on small adventures to different places to see things. I loved picking wildflowers with my little sister, and my mom would give us both hugs before bed. I was always looking forward," he pauses, his voice filled with a sense of longing, "I was always looking forward to those moments."

Loden and Brokenfang listen intently to Kaiden's words, nodding in agreement. While they may not fully grasp the specific meanings behind every word, they empathize with his emotional state, understanding the tone of his voice.

Kaiden's voice takes on a nostalgic tone as he speaks of his sister, "My little sister was always by my side, following me everywhere. She was like a little puppy or duckling. We had a special bond between us for a long time. You could hear our laughter echo throughout our house or wherever we were when goofing around, we played so many games. Her favorite game was, of course, hide and seek. We would whisper secrets in the night whenever she was scared and slept in my bed or my room with me." Kaiden's voice trails off, his eyes distant as he recalls more memories.

Brokenfang adjusts himself, shifting his position on the edge of the rock, as he leans in closely to Kaiden, intently listening to his every word. The act of listening becoming a visible gesture, a demonstration of his unwavering attention and support.

As Kaiden continues to tell his tale, his voice takes on a more solemn tone, "As time went on, Rhea and I got older. My parents got busier with work, leaving my sister and I alone for hours. I slowly ended up trying to help to raise her but my parents didn't want that, so naturally they got a sitter to watch us both. That's when everything changed." Kaiden's expression darkens slightly, hinting at the coming dark turn his story is about to take.

Loden opens his mouth to speak, but Brokenfang shoots him a disapproving look. This subtle exchange communicates a silent message, asking Loden to let Kaiden continue without interruption.

Kaiden's voice takes on a darker, more uncomfortable tone as he continues his tale. "Violet was our babysitter. She was nice and loved my sister, playing with her how I did. I had no issues with her, but her boyfriend Declan was another story. It was innocent at first, him coming over and then it became more frequent." Kaiden shakes his head, his expression darkening as he remembers the increasing frequency of Declan's presence. "He was always over, and he would hover around me especially," Kaiden's words come out in a hushed whisper.

Kaiden rubs his arms, feeling a chill run through him despite the warm water surrounding him. He grimaces as his mind relives the memories, the water moving around him. Gathering his strength, he pushes himself to continue with his story, his voice taking on a slightly shaky tone.

Kaiden's voice becomes more strained as he recalls the escalating behavior of Declan. "He would try to wrestle with me, pinning me to the floor while Violet and Rhea laughed or cheered one of us on. He would peek in on me in the bath. It slowly started building, Declan becoming more present, more physical with me," Kaiden's words trail off, his voice quivering with tension.

“I told my parents about the wrestling and the bathroom incident," Kaiden continues, his voice tinged with frustration. "But they just brushed it off, saying it was innocent. Violet did get into trouble for having her boyfriend over, but my parents accepted it because Rhea liked having Violet and Declan around. I couldn't stop it." The weight of those words hangs heavily in the air, the truth of his helplessness becoming palpable. Loden and Brokenfang listen quietly, their expressions growing solemn.

Kaiden's voice grows shaky as he delves into the heart of the matter, the words tumbling out of his mouth in a hurried rush. "My life came to a halt one night while Rhea and Violet watched a movie downstairs. I didn’t want to watch or be around them so I stayed in my room that afternoon and that’s when Declan came." Kaiden quickly wipes away the tears, the memories rushing to the surface, bringing renewed pain and sadness.

The tears fall freely from Kaiden's eyes as he relives the traumatic event, his body trembling with the weight of the memories. "Declan told me that it was our secret, no one else needed to know what we did. I refused and tried to call for Violet, trying to run out of my bedroom and away from him. But he was bigger than I was, I was only 9, he grabbed me and held me down," Kaiden's voice breaks, the pain and fear in his voice palpable. "He said that if I cried out, he would hurt Rhea. No one would believe me."

Loden, growing increasingly restless, shifts his position in the water, causing ripples to form around him. Seeing this, Brokenfang casts a sharp look in Loden's direction, silently urging him to compose himself and maintain composure. With a few deep breaths, Loden manages to regain his composure and refocus his attention on Kaiden's words. He listens intently, attempting to control his growing anger and restlessness.

Kaiden's voice trembles as he continues, his words spilling out in a mix of pain and raw honesty. "I didn't want my little sister to get hurt. I had to protect her, so I stayed and laid there, taking it. Biting my lip to keep myself quiet, as he touched me."

His words hang in the air, the gravity of the moment palpable as the tears stream down his face, his expression a mix of anguish and vulnerability.

Kaiden's voice trembles as he recounts the long-lasting pain and disgust he felt from the abuse he endured at the hands of Declan. "It felt like it lasted an eternity, the pain and the disgust being a lasting effect of that night and many others." Kaiden takes a shuddering breath, a mix of relief and lingering pain in his voice. "Declan used me whenever he came over up until I turned 13. That's when my parents finally let me watch over Rhea on my own. I never had to see Violet or Declan again."

Loden and Brokenfang shake their heads in a mix of sadness and solidarity, their expressions reflecting the empathy they feel for Kaiden. Loden instinctively reaches out toward Kaiden, but then hesitates, withdrawing his hand. The gesture is one of wanting to offer comfort but not wanting to overstep boundaries or invade Kaiden's personal space.

Kaiden wipes his tears away, his body language protective as he crosses his arms across his chest, seeking a sense of comfort. The water envelops his fingers as he lowers his hands to the surface, creating gentle ripples. Kaiden's gaze remains distant, his mind still caught in the grip of the memories he has shared.

Kaiden's words carry a heavy weight of pain and lingering trauma as he reveals the lingering effects of the abuse he suffered. "I grew distant during that whole time from my parents and Rhea. Not wanting them to know or for Rhea to get hurt by Declan," Kaiden's voice quivers, the pain still fresh and raw. "After enduring the torment for 4 years on a regular basis, I was finally able to get away from it." Kaiden pauses, his expression a mix of bitterness and helplessness.

Kaiden's words hold a raw honesty, the pain of his trauma still fresh and vivid in his memory. "But it still haunts me at times, the lingering moments from every day he would take advantage of me. I get flash backs of the pain like when I am around other guys and they are undressing. Seeing another guy's dick makes me feel disgusted with myself, and I feel like I will relive those times with Declan all over again," Kaiden's voice shakes, the trauma still weighing heavily on him. Kaiden's expression remains distant, as if lost in the memories of his past abuse.

Kaiden gripped his hair with a tight fist, his words filled with desperation. "I don't know myself anymore. The fear is taking over my life. My body doesn't listen to me," A deep conflict within Kaiden's voice, his words tinged with pain and self-loathing. "Part of me craves to feel that over again. To rewrite what has happened to my body over that whole time and change it to something better. I hated it so much but at times it felt so good. I hate myself for it, all of it."

Kaiden's voice betrays guilt and regret as he reveals the impact of his trauma on his life. "I had to give up being captain of the soccer team, avoiding my teammates and friends. I had to watch over my sister and deal with my past still. I didn't want them to find out or for me to crave the attention from them. Seeking out another who could relieve this pain and overwrite my memories. So over time, I only stuck close to certain people, like my grandfather. I never told him, but I felt accepted and safe there." Kaiden's words echo the deep scars he has endured and the way he has had to isolate himself to keep his secret and manage his emotions.

Kaiden takes a deep breath, the weight of his story, now shared, hangs heavily in the air. His weary eyes move between Loden and Brokenfang, waiting for their response. "And that's my story," Kaiden says, his voice betraying the emotional toll of reliving the traumatic events from his childhood.

Brokenfang silently slips off his robe, the fabric falling gracefully to the ground before he slowly enters the pool, moving closer to Kaiden. He and Loden gently embrace Kaiden, their touch offering a sense of comfort and reassurance. Their words are whispered softly and filled with acceptance, the moment filled with a tender understanding.

Kaiden melts into their embrace, a mix of gratitude and vulnerability washing over him. Brokenfang's words, filled with reassurance, reach his ears. "We accept you as you are. It was not your fault," Brokenfang says softly, offering a sense of belonging. "You fought in your own way and came out of it. We are here for you. Thank you for sharing your trauma with us."

Kaiden finds solace in their words and their embrace, the pain of his past easing under their reassurance. Loden's words bring a sense of understanding and acceptance. "You were protecting your sister. You are a warrior, and it's not bad to have trauma and scars. Those are what define us," Loden reassures Kaiden, his voice gentle and empathetic

Kaiden's voice is filled with gratitude and a hint of vulnerability as he speaks, tears welling up in his eyes. "Thank you," he says softly, his heart swelling with a mix of Emotions. "Thank you, both."

Kaiden suddenly becomes aware of the intimate position he's in, caught between two naked men. As his mind reengages with the present, his cheeks redden in embarrassment. His thoughts become momentarily jumbled, and he realizes the proximity of both Loden and Brokenfang's bodies, their intimate parts almost touching him.

Kaiden quickly realizes the awkwardness of their position, his words fumbling over one another. "Alright, it's time to let go now. This is a bit much," he manages to say, his voice filled with a mixture of embarrassment and the desire to move away.

Brokenfang glances at Loden, acknowledging their oversight. "We should have asked if it was okay to embrace you in our current state," he says apologetically.

Kaiden shakes his head, his voice soft yet firm. "No, it's okay. I don't mind right now." Kaiden's words carry a hint of vulnerability, betraying his need for connection and reassurance. The pain and trauma he has endured weigh heavy on him, leaving him torn between the need to keep his guard up and the desire for closeness and comfort. Brokenfang picks up on this vulnerability in Kaiden's statement, his expressions filled with a mix of concern and understanding.

Loden smirks mischievously, hinting at an idea. "The only way to work through your past and to feel more comfortable with others is to be around them." His smirk deepens as he continues, "What makes you uncomfortable can be overcome."

Kaiden shakes his head defiantly, his voice weary. "No, no, I've had enough of facing my fears for today."

Loden's voice is soft as he speaks, a slight smirk on his face. "Just a little more won't hurt," he whispers, the words lingering in the air. Kaiden's breath hitches, his cheeks flushing pink as he hesitates. "You've already seen ours for a moment, why not actually look and..."

Kaiden quickly places his hand on Loden's mouth, stopping him from continuing. His face flushes with embarrassment as he shakes his head vehemently, unable to meet their gaze. "No, no, no, please no more," he pleads, his words rushing out in a flustered blur.

Loden places his hands ever so gently on Kaiden's, guiding them away from his mouth. With a soft gesture, Loden uses his other hand to tousle Kaiden's damp hair, his touch tender. "Okay," he replies, a faint hint of satisfaction coloring his voice.

Brokenfang and Loden move away somewhat, giving Kaiden enough space to move about and feel more comfortable. Brokenfang's voice breaks the silence with considerate words. "Do you feel any better after getting that off your heart?"

Kaiden nods energetically, the corners of his mouth curled up in a mix of happiness and melancholy. "Yeah," he affirms, the words carrying a hint of both relief and resignation. "I do feel a little better in a way."

Brokenfang affectionately ruffles Kaiden's hair, but Kaiden swiftly withdraws, his efforts to maintain his hairstyle evident. He avoids getting his hair completely messed up, a small smile playing on his lips.

Kaiden's heart beats with warmth as he begins to feel a sense of belonging and acceptance from the presence of Loden and Brokenfang. The weight of past fears, the dread of feeling alone and unwanted, starts to lift, replaced by a growing sense of companionship and understanding. Being around Loden and Brokenfang brings a sense of comfort and closeness, slowly healing the wounds left by his abusive past.
