  Amigos Innovation is one of the most prominent subsidiaries, specializing in semiconductor chip production and distribution throughout the United States and select European markets. The company holds significant market share in the tech industry and is also one of Valorian Academy's major sponsors.

  The Clark family has operated Amigos Innovation for two generations. Current Vice Chairman Jester Clark oversees all company operations and maintains the family's position within the Remeria corporate network.

  His grandson, Simon Clark, enrolled at Valorian Academy this year as a first-year student. Despite being new to the institution, his family background secured him A1 rank status and designation as Honorary Student during the orientation ceremony. He was immediately placed on the Academy Board of Council as a Primary Member, holding the Second Seat among Primary Council Members.

  Below the council, Administrative Officers handle day-to-day operations and execute council directives. These officers report directly to the Board and are completely separate from the academic staff. Their role is purely operational and administrative.

  The Academic Staff, including professors, department heads, and even the academy chairman, focus on educational delivery but remain subject to council oversight. This structure ensures the student council maintains ultimate control while professional administrators handle operational logistics.

  THE CREST FAMILY

  The Crest family is a multi-branched lineage with varying degrees of influence and proximity to the main family line. Leah Crest belongs to a branch family but maintains close relations with the main Crest household. This proximity grants her significantly more influence than her branch position would typically afford, contributing to her C2 rank status at the academy.

  During her childhood, Leah was tutored by an older cousin from a weaker branch of the Crest family. He provided her with early education and mentorship until his death from unknown causes.
