Stop, stop. Let's calm down, phew. Nearly lost it there, after all who wouldn't want to command an army, though this is not an army, just some spiders. Moving on, I sill need to change the spiders, you know, the whole prisoner guard idea with the whip/spear and light, with the shield pattern on their backs.
Now I will start with the pattern first, it just seems the easiest to do. Just like I did with the golems, I imprint my imagination of the pattern into the mana, then the spiders mana begins to move, and seamlessly forms the pattern, even with the grey colouring I imagined.
Moving onto the more difficult one, the whip/spear, I already have an idea of how it should work and look. I again imprint my imagination, the mana moves, and not so seamlessly, but rather grotesquely. The limb sprouts out of the spiders, splattering some of their blood everywhere in the process, which I quickly remove, with the same concept of controlling the mana in the blood, making it disappear.
I know the spiders have grown the whip/spear, but I still need to see if it works, which I quickly verify using 1 of the spiders, I order it to whip the wall in front of it, and it creates a gash in the wall. I order the same spider to stab the wall, at which the whip contracts, shrinking in size slightly, and becomes completely straight, and stabbed into the same wall, which now has a hole in it. Verifying the thing works, I fix up the wall like nothing ever happened.
Now I need to do the helmet head thing, which I start doing immediately, with the same method. This time, instead of a seamless or grotesque thing happening, instead the spider's heads simply puffed up, then un-puffed, revealing the helmet head I envisioned. For a second I thought their heads would explode.
Now for the final piece and more complicated one, not because I don't have an idea, but because I have no idea how it will appear. So I said I wanted a light source, so why not copy the angler fish, but instead of on it's head, I put it where the arm is 'meant' to be, and not so far or raised to high from the body, but a more 'natural' look.
I imprint the design, to which, a new appendage sprouts, just like how the whip/spear sprouted, grotesquely. The arm raises itself slightly, after which at the very tip of said arm, it begins to bloat, and bloat, until it is the size of a golf ball, after which a faint blue light begins to glow brighter, and brighter, until it lights up the entire room. Not going to lie, these spiders now scare me more than any angler fish now. The way their eyes gleam from their eyes, it would give me shivers, if I could still shiver that is.
With the lights finished, and nothing else to add. I make the spiders split off into their designated rooms, similar to how the first floor mobs are split, at which their lights sway while they turn and walk off, off to do their eternal guard. With the spiders all complete and ready, I can now do some more designing, by adding bars or cages to every room, though most of them are not intact and can be walked through, or are completely broken. But for the few still intact, I put some copper coins with a shield engraved on both sides, and I added locks. I have watched enough of a certain 'lawyer' to know how locks work, I also scattered some keys around the rooms, most being fake keys. Finally I also made sure the locks were not complicated, so if people bring a rouge, thief or whatever, they can try to crack it, but not break the locks, I made sure to strengthen them to prevent that.

I also made progress with the rooms, I now have 8 full rooms!. Just 2 more and the second floor will be done, I also had an idea with putting blood puddles and splashes around, I guess I could also do that while making the last 2 rooms... And the idea of the elite guard spiders, I guess I should make a couple normal guard spiders to prepare for elite. Though how do I want the elites to be, well I obviously will boost their strength and durability to double the normal spiders, but still at a 50/50 ratio, maybe I could add a silver tip to their spears, and add some thorns when in whip state, but I need more than that. Ah I could add a...
"Sigh. Aldric is being healed, they said he will be fine but it will take longer than last time... And double the price." - Celi
"Phew. As long as he's being healed." - Kaz
Sleth nods
"We should stay. He was ambushed when alone after all." - Zach
"Let's do that then." - Kaz
Sleth and Celi nod
"Though, where are we going to rest? we can't just stand around here all day after all." - Celi
"While you guys work on that, I am going to see if I can get guards around here." - Kaz
"But what about the ambush." - Celi
"Relax, there is much more security here next to a temple, than anywhere else, they do always have holy warriors at the entrances after all, and the guards outside the temple grounds just add onto that, there is an internal guard tower nearby after all. Just don't take any alleys or anything shady." - Zach
"What he said." - Kaz
"Sigh. Ok." - Celi
Kaz then runs off. The party watches him until he is out of sight.
"So, Back to my original question. Where do we rest?" - Celi
Zach, Sleth and Celi begin looking around.
