Hello everyone. I bring good news and not so good news (depending on how you take it). So I will start with the main thing.
The good news.
On Friday the 2nd of this month, I was finally able to buy and receive the parts for the new pc. There were some problems that day where I had a hard time getting everything to work (no image, wouldn't on/off, etc) but fortunately, after taking it for a little check at the store, it was solved quite easily. That same weekend I spent several hours formatting the new m2 where I would put the OS, installing necessary programs (including my games) and configuring everything else. And by Sunday night, the 4th, everything was finished.
With that said, I wanted to give myself a break and pick up everything I had deyed on my games over the next week. So, from day 5 until day 11, I was pying and doing everything I wanted to do (including several performance tests I needed to do. I wanted to stress the cpu/gpu to test its performance, because I want to test if I can use blender to create my characters myself. With that said, I spent 3 whole days pying Ark survival evolved with ENB to see how much I was stressing the pc, and by the third day, it seemed like everything was working fine.
Now, why haven't I released chapter 49 yet?
Well, here's the not so good news. Let me expin.
Nothing was lost. I say this because I don't want anyone to freak out. Everything is just as I left it the st time I went into the archives. But I got to thinking on Monday, there are several things in the earlier chapters that I've noticed that I've done wrong myself with respect to the more recent ones. Wrong mentions or that I myself already mentioned that I was going to change at some point. So, I'm going to take the rest of the month to rewrite those parts (luckily, it's NOT much, so it should be pretty quick to do), and because I want to write several chapters at once. So... yeah... it's still going to take a bit longer for that chapter to come out.
In conclusion, I'm going to take the rest of the month to work on these small changes and on writing chapters so that, in the future if something happens again, I can have background chapters so that I don't leave them without content as I resolve any problems that come up.
I know this may bother some of you, but I'm putting all my effort into trying to make everything I've done so far look exactly as I want it to and that you, as readers, can enjoy it as much as I did write this story.
In closing, I want to thank you for being patient with me during this dey in the story, and also thank you to those who asked about my well-being. Thank you very much, I really mean it.
With that said, I will be working on the old and new chapters during this time, so I probably won't be able to reply much. In advance, I'm sorry if it takes me too long to reply.
Once again, thank you all for your patience, and I hope to be able to give you new content very, very soon!
(This "chapter" will be deleted the day I return.)
