Chapter 99: The Grating Promise.
Snap!
Xena, Runey, And Faith: “…”
In just a mere second, those two were restrained just like the Wills, even being placed right next to them.
Vulely: “Xena… was it you who ruined my plans?” She asked with a curious head tilt, a threat clear in her tone.
Xena: “N-no!” She quickly answered.
Vulely: “Good, good. Well, I guess that, you can take my place. Wouldn’t that be just perfect?” She cheekily replied.
Xena: “…”
Vulely: “You’d be such a good fit, with your Domain, and seemingly lustful need for peace, as well as balance.” She added, lightly flicking her forehead.
Celia watched this, realizing that it wasn’t as simple as she hoped this situation would be. Both Faith and Xena were terrified of Vulely. She wasn’t expressing her power at Celia, while she did so to the others. Thus, Celia hadn’t realized Vulely’s strength.
Vulely: “Celia… look at me, look into my eyes.” She demanded.
Celia: “…”
Vulely: “Good girl. Listen, you’re mine, and always will be. In your next life, you will behave and marry me.” She said sternly, as if her words couldn’t ever be ignored.

Celia: “I…” She was cut off.
Vulely: “Words are pointless. I made you, even with some… deviations… you’re perfect. Few will remember me, and I… well, my approach was wrong.” She added, lightly rubbing Celia’s tasty lips with her thumb.
With her mind racing, Celia was stock still. If Celia still had that Domain, she would have instantly agreed to Vulely’s words, though.
Vulely: “A fruit which refuses to be harvested… is always the tastiest. Yes… I was wrong. My vision was clouded, and shallow. The current you… is far, far better.” She continued, glancing all over Celia’s body.
Once the outward appearance was thoroughly raped by Vulely’s eyes, the Will took to peering into Celia’s very soul. The damage was… painful, to say the least. At this moment, Vulely’s heart hurt for Celia.
Like Sava, Vulely was a being who, though powerful, cared not for the limelight. After spending a long time wasting away in Home, Vulely vanished, and only now reappeared. Sava, who was in that lineup of Wills, knew her, and was deeply fearful. Somewhere along the line, Vulely had replaced the original Will of this Universe, and Sava no longer had a target for her revenge…
Vulely: “Celia, I will do it properly next time, okay?” She said with a warm tone.
Celia: “…Faith, Maralia, and Midas will be my wives in the next life, though.” She replied, not looking her in the eyes.
Vulely: “Surely, there is room for me, yes?” She replied, hopeful.
Celia: “Didn’t… you say that my words were pointless?” She replied, her tone resentful.
Vulely: “I was wrong for saying that, Celia. Even if you won’t remember… your words hold weight in my heart now.” She replied, adjusting her position.
Celia: “I… won’t remember? Then… the me of now, accepts your words, this proposal. I f…forgive you for what you did, making into your perfect spouse.” She answered, with a smile.
Vulely: “…” “Forgive me? Is such a thing even forgivable in the first place?” She thought with a sigh.
As she looked at Celia for longer, Vulely felt intense remorse. Regardless of her intention, she made Celia into… such an obedient doll.
Vulely no longer wished for her perfect version of a wife, and was thankful that Celia would forget this life of hers. Then, she struck her hand into her womb, and pulled something out, leaving Celia in awe as she watched this happen…
