Kuro stared at the skills he’d gained, stunned, especially by the css abilities. Some of them were familiar from Solo Leveling, but he’d always thought only the Shadow Monarch could use them. It seemed, however, that the Shadow Lord could, too—though to a more limited extent.
“Damn, what’s with this Shadow Reanimation skill? It’s broken! I don’t remember that from Solo Leveling... does that mean it’s unique to me?” Kuro’s excitement bubbled up. He could finally summon his own Shadow Army—albeit with restrictions, given his css.
Scanning the area for anything he could test his new abilities on. He was eager to utter the iconic word: "ARISE."
As he walked, Kuro spotted a dead bird, bck smoke rising from its body.

“Yes! It's the same!” Kuro was jumping around, his excitement through the roof while grinning ear to ear.
Whenever his eyes nded on the dead bird, the words ‘possible to perform extraction’ popped up into his view.
Calming himself, Kuro took a deep breath before activating the skill.
‘Shadow Extraction.’

‘So it is the same. Should I use the same command? Duh!’
“ARISE”

Kuro watched as the bck smoke swirled around the bird's body. The shadow began to rise in a mesmerizing dispy.
‘OH MY GOD!!’ Kuro screamed internally seeing the scene straight out of the Manhwa.
[Shadow Extraction was a success.]
Finally, a Shadow Soldier that looked like a bird was looking at Kuro with its head down. It was as if the bird was saluting Kuro.
Kuro reached out, and the shadow bird leaped into his hand. He could feel its feathery body, even though it was just a shadow with no physical form. Intrigued, he used Analyze on it.

“So it’s a common rank... not surprising.” Despite the rank, Kuro wasn’t disappointed. He decided to keep the bird, considering he didn’t have any other shadows to extract at the moment.
Kuro took one st look at the shadow bird before he activated the Shadow Preservation skill.
The shadow bird melted away and gathered beneath his feet before merging with it.
Kuro stretched, feeling satisfied, before deciding it was time to head home.
It was then.
He senses many presence gathering around him. He looked around but did not see anyone but he was certain they were there.
“Come out! Whoever you are! I know you're there!” Kuro shouted.
Rustle Rustle Rustle
Leaves shook as a group of kids with bck hair and Uchiha symbols on their clothing emerged from their hiding spots. At the front stood a boy who looked like a younger version of Fugaku Uchiha.
“Fugaku?” Kuro asked, surprised.
“Oh? So you know me?” Fugaku replied, eyeing Kuro carefully.
Kuro quickly realized why he was surrounded by Uchiha. The humiliation they had suffered during the tournament was something a proud cn like theirs would never let slide.
Excluding Fugaku, 10 kids surrounded Kuro with a few faces he could recognize from the tournament.
“What are you doing? As an heir to the Uchiha Cn, you know this isn’t the kind of thing you should be doing. Right, Fugaku?”
“I’m not here to cause trouble,” Fugaku replied, shaking his head. “I’m just here to hear an apology from you. That’s all.”
Kuro scoffed. “Lol, why should I apologize to dumbasses who were easily maniputed. If I were you, I’d be disciplining them instead.”
Fugaku sighed and shook his head. “If that’s your stance, I understand.” He turned to leave.
“Anything that happens here has nothing to do with the cn. These guys just wanted their revenge.”
Kuro was momentarily baffled. He had expected Fugaku to try to get revenge for his cn’s members, like some drama out of a typical Chinese novel. He then remembered that Naruto was a Japanese series. ‘Lol. What was I thinking?’
While Kuro was lost in his thoughts, the 10 Uchiha kids rushed toward him.
Kuro shakes his head seeing them running toward him in slow motion.
‘Sigh. These kids are too weak... or maybe I’m just getting stronger?’
BAM! BAM! BAM! BAM! BAM! BAM! BAM! BAM! BAM! BAM!
Before they even had time to register what happened, the 10 Uchiha kids were knocked out cold.
Kuro brushed the dust off his hands and whistled as he walked away, ignoring Fugaku. He didn’t want the cns involved in this.
Fugaku, watching in stunned silence, couldn’t believe what he had just witnessed. He had expected Kuro to either get beat up or flee. Never had he imagined that Kuro would defeat all ten of his cn members in seconds.
THEY WERE FROM THE UCHIHA CLAN! FAMED FOR THEIR STRENGTH!
