"Hm... Brood Mothers are useful for swarm tactics. But they only produce creatures of lesser potential."

"And Dark Elves fall into the specialized species category, perhaps. Mages, assassins? Looks like this stant exposure to high-stress situations and bat increased their overall average as a species- but they lost some years off their life."

One Chaos Gene point was all he had, but no gene points, so he couldn't spawn any new creatures.

Genes, by themselves, didn't seem very helpful at this stage. As far as he could tell, they only increased potential and lifespan before the species iion required Special Gene points.

There were only seven Corrupted Dark Elves, which were simply Dark Elves that had gone berserk like goblins and gained trol of the Red Mist.

Myra was not one of them. She remained a Dark Elf since she retained trol of her mind, as did her children. But he didn't want to go shoving a Chaos Geo her and potentially cause the extin of the Dark Elves.

"I suppose I just shove this Chaos Point into... what's her name? Selena?" Ats mused, zooming into the aniass. It pulsed unnaturally, with many lumps taining unboblins slowly being nurtured.

"I need some way to trol these Evil-Aligned creatures. Her traits look the best."

Every few hoblins would return with fresh foardless of whether it was night or day. At this point, she had no head- just a massive glob of flesh spread out across the cave that would fall upon an and slowly retract, leaving nothing behind.

It retty iing to watch at times.

Pulling up her logs, she was the most unique pared to the other Brood Mothers she had birthed.

Selena could unicate with her creatures telepathically when they came within 400 meters of her cave- but she could also execute them telepathically.

Ats was shocked at first to see this, and the reason equally so. She permitted the goblins te the nd, savagely mutiting anything in their path, but forbade ohing.

The goblins could not kill the children or babies of any race. Whenever she found out, the goblin's brain would explode, spraying its rades in blood and injuring them with skull fragments.

By Year 478, her beloved goblin son had long since passed, but her hatred toward the Dark Elves remained. She khey resided in the desert, but all efforts to find them were in vain. Slowly, she began killing goblins out of frustration and rage.

Wisp nded on Ats's shoulder, chirping loudly.

"This is a good time to inform Weaver Ats."

  Ats frowned.

"It is possible to lose your e to creatures above on under certain circumstances."

  "..."

"So," Ats began, his finger h above -Upgrade- before retrag. "If I gave Selena this point but forbade her from wiping out the Dark Elves- "

"She may betray you," Wisp finished in a warning tone. "You'll lose trol, and she will actively seek to destroy you and your creations. A great hindrance when at war with another Weaver."

Ats sighed loudly, stepping off the ptform to pace. His gaze drifted downward, and nausea crept in as the floor shifted like an endless nebu beh him.

In a fsh, his apartment materialized- ripped straight from his old building- aepped inside.

"Beer," Ats thought, reag into his fridge and crag open a with a satisfying hiss.

Settling onto his couch, he heard Wisp chirping angrily outside. He ig, fog on his thoughts.

'Usually, when you get an overpowered unit, they wipe out dozens, if not hordes, of enemies...'

Sipping his beer, he stared at the familiar ceiling fan.

'A single Primordial could wipe out the entire dwarven race—hell, the entire p. And I have over 250 of them.'

'A terbance, perhaps? Give them something to fight- like the Dark Elves- and forcibly evolve them?'

The window slid open, and Wisp flew in.

Ats blinked, his gaze shifting to Wisp for a moment before snapping to the window. "How did you get in?"

  "I ope."

"Yes, but how? You don't have hands."

  Chirp.

  "Wouldn't you like to know?"

  "I really would."

  "Too bad," Wisp chirped smugly.

Ats's brow twitched. "Fine. Whatever. Just don't chirp. Let me enjoy some peace for a moment-"

An interface suddenly lit up in front of him, causing him to jump, spilling beer all over himself.

"I've adjusted a few things in case of emergencies. I hope you don't mind," Wisp chirped proudly, fpping its wings toward the glowing panel.

Ats let out a throaty growl, his sharp gre making Wisp shrink back slightly.

His gaze flicked to the interface as he took another sip to calm himself.

Warning: A Goblin Horde (10,000) has beeed! The Dark Elf species is at risk of extin!"What the hell?! I just sat down!" Ats shouted, standing up. "I haven't slept in- how long?"

  He g Wisp, whed nontly.

  "Agh!"

Grumbling to himself, Ats mentally summohe CDIM panel into his hand as he walked, scrolling through options.

  Lightning. Lightning Storm. Whatever.

  He just wanted a break.

'I don't have enough divinity to make a difference,' Ats mused, annoyed. His gaze lifted to Oracle, his thoughts drifting to the dwarves who had left at the beginning and the Primordial Dragons now crossing the seas.

'Best case sario there, or...' His mind wao Myra and the Chaos Gene Point. A risk- but a potentially trolble one. He might also gain an uanding of the Red Mist Magic. Either that, or everything would be destroyed.

'It will all be destroyed if I do nothing...'

"Let's check this situation out." he sighed, stepping up onto the ptfain.

Pulling up his CDIM Repy, he zoomed into the Dark Elf and Goblin zones, hoping to quickly assess the situation.
