Ren lay on his bed, his breathing was a little heavy, he was really confused now as he felt his chakra flowing throughout his body, he peeked at the blue box once again, according to the box his chakra had more than doubled, and while Ren couldn't accurately guess how much the difference was, if he really tried to estimate it, he would have to say double.

  ...

  He gripped the bandage on his left arm and grunted as pain shot up his arm again, Ren grinned as nothing really changed, but his grin kept increasing as he looked at the remaining 10 points. He had to stop himself from blindly dumping his points into CHA again.

  'Calm down, breath through it...'

  Ren counted down from 10 before he thought about his 'status' block going away, as the block blinked out of existence Ren looked at the 'attribute' block again. He reread through everything and then closed this block too.

  Right on cue, the message block appeared again, this time Ren was eager to get access to more blocks, so he quickly clicked on collect and waited for further messages.

  'There it is, should I call this one 'Quest' block?'

  'Jutsu List...' Ren thought absentmindedly as his thoughts were already going through the jutsus' he knew and guessed what would be on this block.

  ...

  ...

  Ren closed the blocks again, and another block appeared giving him a completion reward but he waited for a bit before expecting. The amount of information he just gained from reading just the last box was a little too much.

  'I'm hungry,'

  Ren stood up and walked toward his kitchen, he kicked a pair of trousers that were lying by his bed and walked into the kitchen. He wasn't massive into tasting delicacies so he simply chopped some vegetables and started making a simple broth and curry, on the other side he put rice in the cooker and pushed the button on.

  After a few minutes, he put the chopped vegetables into the container and looked at the reward block again.

  'I'll take a shower first.'

  Ren grabbed the towel that was left to dry on the chair and walked into his bathroom, while not state of the art, it does its job. The water was warm and as he soaked his head into the stream, Ren thought about the thing that was happening to him.

  'It claims to be a power, judging by the abrupt way in which my chakra exploded, it works alright, but the way it quantifies everything it kinda makes everything about those numbers. How does it quantify strength anyway, the number of kilos of weight I could lift, then what about speed, how does Dexterity cover both movement speed and hand speed'

  ...

  After a refreshing shower, Ren came out and started searching for a pair of clean clothes, which he did find... Honestly, he did...

  He checked on the food and although the rice was almost done, the broth would still take some time, so he sat down on the counter and clicked the {Complete} button.

  'System components?' Ren thought, hopefully, he had worded that right because he didn't know what that second part meant.
