In Tome of Death, his daughter, Elizza nearly dies after a grim sorcerer blows up a wagon full of cabbages, yet is revived by his very concoction. We may discover how Akilliz strengthened himself enough to (spoilers for The Nine readers) have a daughter with the goddess of light, and a son with a woman from Umbrathal (name pending) who’s basically a Drow. In this tale, we aim for a cozier approach to fantasy as The Nine was dark fantasy. (I’ll try my best anyway) . He will still grow through struggle, and will certainly sometimes fail. i hope you have as much fun reading it as I did writing, and thinking about it.
