Chapter 1

"Hey, who's fshing the light?" One student said, looking down to the floor only to see clean white floor, shiny too that it hurts looking at it causing the said student to screech and bent their back backwards, "eeaEEEYAAGGHHHH!!!!" their voice was so loud, Kazerk's thoughts were snapped back.

"Millie?! What's wro-!!EEAAGHH!!" Another shouted, other students followed, not because they were afraid, but because of the light and because those two students started screaming first.

Kazerk wanted to join in too but it was too te because they got sent into a rge room, all white, no walls, just a clean brown table and a bckboard next to it. One male student rubbed their eyes in wonder, "Where are we?" he asked himself, Kazerk's head wandered around from left to right, up and down.

Kazerk faced Illiad, the male student who asked, "We must be dead." Kazerk answered, the students deadpanned, "What?" he questioned, "There might've been a bomb, which is why there was light." Kazerk shrugged.

Illiad let out a bead of sweat and faced his friend by his side, "Any ideas?" but his friend just shrugged.

"No idea, man. Maybe we are dead." Olive answered, "Or we're hallucinating."

"And having the same hallucinations?" Kazerk added.

"Come on, let's ask the others." Olive turned his back from Kazerk and went to the other students, Illiad followed.

Kazerk, not wanting to be alone, followed the two behind.

Illiad waved the group, "Do anyone of you guys know what's happening?" he asked, "Olive said we're hallucinating." he added and Olive looked behind his shoulder and saw Kazerk standing behind the two so he faced back to the group.

Olive pointed at Kazerk behind him, "Oli said we're dead though," he said, "Said that there was a bomb and that's why we saw that light on the ground."

Kazerk brightened up when Olive stated their idea but it's hard to tell their emotions when their smile is just a straight line.

"That's nonsense, we can't be dead." Millie said, "Hallucination would be a good theory to this one." she then padded her jacket and pockets of her pants to look for her phone, when she felt the familiar rectangur shape, she took it out and pressed the button on the side, "There were cases where people had simir hallucinations, maybe that's what we're- wait...what the..." she drawled, her fingers clicking on the screen, "My phone won't turn on..."

Kazerk then loomed next to her, "...We're definitely dead..." they echoed, causing Millie to pause and let out a cold sweat, "No phones in the afterlife~~" they added before getting yanked by Illiad by the colr of Kazerk's uniform.

"Okay, that's enough. We're not dead."

"MY FAMILY!!" One student shouted, "HOW WILL I EVER SEE THEM AGAIN?!?" before ending it with, "Oh my bad, I'm an orphan. I don't know about ya'll but have fun losing."

And then it dawned on Millie, "My tabs...MY FANFICS." she then waves her phone around to get some signal or something just in case it turns on if she got the right position.

Another student fell down on the floor, kneeling in defeat as they mutter out, "My Oshi will be streaming tonight..."

After Link, Millie, and Bob--all in that order--panicked, the other students followed suite.

Illiad furrowed his brows and frowned at Olive, to which made Olive gasped exasperatedly, "What?! I didn't do anything???" as much as Illiad wants to show his annoyance at Kazerk, he couldn't. Instead, he sighed tiredly and faced to the panicked group.

"Guys! Stop!!" He called out, "We need to calm down! There might be a way to get out of here!" he announced, the group quieting down, but then Kazerk opened their mouth only for Illiad to sp his hand on Kazerk's mouth, "Anyways! Seeing there's a table and a board, there might be a person here at least." he reasoned, "Maybe we got hit by something, got ourselves knocked out, and kidnapped, and then got pced here."

Kazerk pried out from Illiad's hands only for him to get closer and hugged Kazerk around, tightening Illiad's grip on Kazerk's mouth. "I know it's a bit confusing but what IF that DID happen? What then? Then we should try and escape!" Illiad said.

Callise raised her hand, "What if it's NOT? What if the situation is a bit DEEPER and--"

"Ol, shut her mouth." Illiade interrupted.

  "You tyrant!" Callise pointed.

"Okay, stop." Olive groaned, massaging his temple as his eyes wandered around the room, "If we stay longer here, I might get a headache." he said, "Let's find a dude or a dudette and get outta here." he suggested.

Millie shrugged, "True," she replied, "but where do we start? Splitting up is a bad idea if anyone suggests that." she said as she stared back on Kazerk, to which they stared back with their eyes saying, "I didn't say anything!!"

When Illiad was about to speak, the group heard a tap by a cane, they turned their heads to the direction of the sound and saw an old man walking towards them.

White beard, white hair, wrinkly face, and a thin body wearing white clothes. The old man looked so familiar, so familiar that it clicked in their heads to who he was. The students all eyed on Callise with a look you would give to a friend as they get a warm reunion.

Callise took a step forward, reluctantly opening her mouth, her eyes frowning as she stares on the old man, "N-no way..." she started, her hands going up to her mouth as she tears up a little, "Are...are we going to be stuck here until we're old and die????"

The students comically fell on the ground.

Millie, csping on the shoulder of Callise, "Is, is that not your grandpa???" Millie asked, Callise turned to her with a confused look until it brightened with a realization.

Callise waved her hand with a hearty smile, "Oh? Grandpa?" she ughed, "He's well and alive! I only lied to the professors that he died so I didn't have to take on the test that day!" she expined, "There was an event for my favorite game, you see!"

Olive stared long in bewilderment before shouting, "I gave you money!" he said, "For the funeral!"

"And you didn't have to." Callise replied.

Illiad then said, "But you didn't tell us???" he added, "I even shed so much tears!"

Callise shrugged again, "You didn't need to either."

"Did your grandpa even allowed you to do that? Does he even know???" Millie asked.

  "It was his idea."

  Their was a brief silence.

Then, the old man faked a cough, taking the college students attention. "Hello." The old man greeted, his voice raspy and weak, too weak. "You all must be so confused to be here..." The old man started but as his voice was weak, Illiad lets go of Kazerk, letting Kazerk to do what they want to do and that is to walk really, really, really, close to the old man with a huge smile on his face. The old man, confused, still continued anyway, "You are here because you were all summoned, summoned to be the heroes of the another world." he announced.

Millie leaned in on Callise, "Do you hear what he's saying?" Millie asked and Callise shrugged.

"No, let's wait for Kazerk." Callise replied back.

"Of course, it's not required..." The old man said to the group...or to the individual that was blocking his view to the group, "Umm...anyways..." he continued, "The reason of your summons here is because only your cssroom had been set off by a bomb that was created by the world I'm sending you to."

Kazerk's little sunshine smile turned into a horrid look, "T-terrorist..."

"No!" The old man defended, "It was a mistake! So I have you all summoned here to give you all a second chance." he said, "You may go there as heroes or as normal civilians. I'll give you magical abilities, a map, and a knowledge of nguages to help you all integrate well in that world." he expined.

Kazerk still had the horrid look, causing the old man to let out a cold sweat, "...I am a Wizard if that's what you're wondering of..." he answered. And Kazerk's smile returned, the old man sighed in relief, "Alright, I'll be sending you all to a safe pce as your starting point. Have fun and give your all to use this second chance." the wizard smiled, casting the spell already and before they all left him, he saw Kazerk moving.

Kazerk nodded fiercely before turning back to their group and pointed at the wizard, "He's a wizard and it's all his fault."

"Wait--" The wizard was about to defend himself but it was too te, he had sent all the students to the safe pce.
