Each chapter is an excerpt from a blog written by Nimeo "Ni" Altbright, a 23-year-old gakusei (student) in her Ro. She is fascinated with linguistics, especially that of the Underground, a dangerous dwelling underneath the city of Sol. After her brother went missing, she decided to start her blog as a way to compile all of her conspiracies about the city and search for more answers.
