PLANET RANNUK
THE OMICRO-CORVOS STAR SYSTEM
“Ugh… What a thracked looking excuse of a world,” Tristen scoffed in disgust through his battle helmet’s voice modulator as he, and the others, all took in the rather greenish/brown looking planet Rannuk after arriving there in approximately three milli-cycles via Decider Rayven’s ‘Gravity-Cylinder’.
“No wonder it’s on the edge of the galactic sector,” Medo remarked whilst sourly eyeing Rannuk. “Tis the most horrible looking stretch of rock and dirt in the whole Known Universe.”
Hovering in front of the eight Galactic Deciders was Braako, who had his fists clenched tightly down at his sides and chest puffed outwards.
“We have FINALLY arrived,” Braako said as he rotated his body to face his kinsmen. “We have our mission… Go down to the Rannukan Surface to find and ‘apprehend’ the Oath-Breaker. If he does not wish to ‘comply’ with our gracious lord’s holy orders, then…”
“WE SHALL BREAK HIM,” Apollox said with a sneer beneath his battle helmet, garnering a sinister glance from Braako behind his own battle helmet’s darkened, slitted eye lenses.
Breaking away from her fellow deciders was Anora, who said, “Let me find him first.”
“Huh?” Braako huffed in confusion whilst turning his head back towards Anora. “What???”
“I said, LET ME FIND HIM FIRST,” Anora sternly restated. “The ‘Gracious’ and ‘Eternal’ Emperor wanted me to be the one to extinguish the Oath-Breaker’s life-force, after all. So, let me go down to Rannuk and find him… ALONE.”
“NO! THRACK THAT, ANORA!” Apollox raged. “We have been searching for the thracker for the PAST CYCLE and now; after finally finding his true location, you want us all to just ‘stand by’ whilst you go off to face him on your own?!”
“I agree with Brother Apollox,” Medo hovered forward to say. “We shall NOT wait ‘idly by’ as you go and claim the Oath-Breaker’s Life-Cycle for yourself, Anora. We are a ‘team’, remember? We shall go down to Rannuk… TOGETHER. We shall face the Oath-Breaker togeth--”
“I AM NOT GOING TO TAKE MAGNUS’S LIFE-CYCLE!!!” Anora shockingly erupted, sending mass-confusion throughout the others.
“What???” Rayven treaded as Anora turned her head to her before looking to the others.
“I am not going to take Magnus’s life-cycle… Not initially,” Anora corrected. “Firstly, IF I find him, I shall try to convince Magnus to hand himself over… WILLINGLY into our custody so we can transport him to Voltaira… ALIVE and have him tried and PROPERLY PUNISHED for his heinous crimes against.
Glancing back at Braako, Anora nodded, “My brother… COMMANDING-LEADER, please allow me the ‘grandly hallowed’ permission to try and reason with the Oath-Breaker… Once I have found him.”
Braako did not reply.

Hovering closer towards Braako now, Anora pleaded, “BROTHER, PLEASE! If I can find some way to convince Magnus that he was truly in the wrong for his betrayal, then we could spare the life-cycles of COUNTLESS life-forms who inhabit Rannuk. We also would not have ‘break’ anymore worlds. With the Oath-Breaker in our custody, it would put a MASSIVE HOLE in the infernal Kren’s accursed arsenal. A hole that they could never ‘refill’ again…”
“Unless one of us defects,” Rayven gestured. “Just like the Oath-Breaker did.”
Anora glared at Rayven from beneath her battle helmet as Braako asked, “If he does not comply… WILL YOU END HIS LIFE-CYCLE, DECIDER ANORA???”
Anora set her sights back on Braako, who continued, “As the grand and holy emperor has commanded you to???”
“Yes… I WILL,” Anora nodded. “Just allow me to reason with him first. All I need is just a small increment of time…”
“How small?” Braako asked.
“No more than ten minute-cycles should do. I have always had a knack of finding Magnus. Just as long as he is near my vicinity.”
“Six.”
“What?”
“SIX MINUTE-CYCLES.” Braako restated firmly. “You shall be given six minute-cycles to track down the Oath-Breaker and ATTEMPT to ‘convince’ him to hand himself over to our custody willingly. If he does not hand himself over to us… Or if time runs out… Then the others and I shall come down to Rannuk and break the traitorous skogger… ALONG WITH THE WHOLE KREN-ALIGNED PLANET.”
Apollox, Medo, Rayven, Tristen, and Draex all then sneered as both Xan and Kai remained straight faced.
“Suh-Six minute-cycles?” Anora stammered. “Tis… Tis not enough.”
“Very well,” Braako replied. “How about we just scrap your ‘thrack-headed’ plan and break Rannuk so we can be done with this senseless raxx??? DECIDER RAYVEN!!!”
“FINE! I SHALL DO IT! I SHALL DO IT!!!” Anora fiercely alerted, bringing a pleased smirk to Braako’s face.
Bitterly glaring at the commanding-leader, Anora continued, “I shall go down to Rannuk and convince Magnus… THE OATH-BREAKER to hand himself over to us without contest. If he does not, then I shall have no choice but to heed the emperor’s KILL ORDER and END the Oath-Breaker’s cursed Life-Cycle once and for all.”
“IN SIX MINUTE-CYCLES,” Braako stated sternly.
“Yes… In six thracking minute-cycles.”
“Grand. Well then, Sister… YOU BETTER GET DEPARTING.”
Lowering her brow, Anora used her gravitational abilities to hover herself away from Braako and the others.
Balling up her fists and puffing out her chest, Anora took in a deep breath before jettisoning herself down towards Rannuk on the exhale, resembling that of a high-speed flying Astro-Vessel.
_
Magnus, if… No. WHEN I find you, I urge… No. I BEG of you to PLEASE lay down any armaments or weapons that you might have and surrender yourself to our custody.
If you do not, then many more innocent life-forms shall die along with their world.
On this day-cycle, tis could be the turn for a new era. A grand era… OR A DREADFUL ONE.
