The day, after taking the highschool test, I made my way back to the goblins den. I still needed one more level up from strength boost to move to the dungeon.
I worked out the average EXP I got from each ruo be around 75. I needed a little under 1000 more EXP to level up the skill, so as it stood now, it would take me 13 runs, which was about 2 days of work, or a little uhat.
I could easily do 8 runs in a day, but today, I think I want to push myself to the level. I had several of the horns that summon moo me, and when I used it in a pce that normally spawned monsters o a time, I was attacked by 20.
Hoping that ratio stayed the same, If i used it here, it would spawn around 100 at once.
That would be helpful for leveling up, and I could hopefully deal with that many at once.
I khe boss hoard wasn’t too hard, but that was only 25 monsters.
So, just like i did when I was going into the slime cave, I head to a remote p the goblin's den, pull out one of the horns, and blow.
The sound I hear after that would be spin chilling to most normal people.
Dozens of goblins cam rushing towards me.
Goblins were detly intelligent monsters but they did not have a nguage that humans could uand.
A few monsters could unicate with Hunters, but for the most part, they just talked about killing people.
Soon enough, my new skill activated and I could sense a lot of goblins ing towards me from every dire.
All of the ones I could see and sense didn’t have ons. It seemed like the monsters were all the ones from the first floor, so no ons.
I ready my gaus and start the fight.

I start just plowing through the goblins ing at me. My defense was high enough that even if they did hit me, I wouldn’t take damage.
But thanks to enemy dete, I always tell when they were about to attack me from behind.
So for dozens of goblins I tio take out goblins, oer another.

But ohing I did notice was that there were always more ing towards me, with basically no stop.
Even after taking out around 50, I could tell that something was different then when I used it in the slime cave.
More monsters were spawning, without stopping.
And it tinued like this for multiple hours.

Finally, the goblins stopped ing.
“What the hell was that?” I say to myself looking around at the hundreds of stones on the ground around me. Even with only half of the goblins dropping stohere were still so many of them.
I took my time colleg them, thanks to the exhaustion I felt from my prolonged fight.
I knew ohing though, no more using the horn like this.
When I opened my status, I checked the growth of strength boost.
Strength Boost - Lv.2 1663/2000
It was at 1095 before this fight, so I killed around 568 goblins in about 3 hours.
My normal amount was around 75 in 45 minutes, so this was much faster, but I got no SP from this time.
“There is no way the horn works the way I think it does. I should maybe cheline about this” I was starting to believe that the horn actually had a hidden effect, instead of just having monsters attack me.
I was killing about 3 goblins a mihis eime, so I retty tired. But I wasn’t done for the day.
I made up my mind. I would finish this run easily, then do a few speed runs after.
So I start my more casual way through the rest of the dungeon.
I killed a few moblins on my way to the sed floor, since I retty far away from the stairs down.
But when I got to the sed floor, I found something strange.
A slime mohat shouldn’t be in this dungeon, killing some goblins.

Around noon, Nyx was walking towards the goblins den. She gives her ID over to the attendant and makes her way into the dungeon.
“Well, I am still low level, but thanks to this equipment, I am able to kill some goblins.” She said to herself. “And, he should be here, right?”
Nyx had e here for two reasons, to gain some levels and practice hunting, and to fih.
She didn’t get a ce to get his phone number yesterday, and wao get it today.
When she finds her first group of goblins, she starts the fight.

She then quickly backs away from the rest of the goblins.
Goblins at this low of a level should only have 5 in each stat and with her equipment and well pced attacks they should all go down in a si.
But, she o remember that she o practice with the summons as well. Only the level 10 greater slime should be able to harm them so that is the only one she brings out.
From her shadow, a rge slime es out, as if jumping out of the shadow.
Thewo of them work together to kill the remaining 4 goblins. She is able to kill the slimes in a si, but it takes 2 from the slime.

“Wooo!” Nyx says whe the st notification. Another level down and one more level on the first slime she got.
Looking at the goblins, Nyx decided not t any of them back. All of them were basic slimes and she is pretty sure they would be brought back to level 1 instead of the level 5 they are at now.
She knows that the base goblins least a 6 strength stat to be damaged, and now one more of the slimes is there, she brings that o and moves on forward in the dungeon.
The ime she es across a group of goblins she lets the slimes enter first and attack while the goblins are distracted.

“What could that mean?” She said to herself, openiatus to look at the greater slime’s status.

She sees that like her own status, the 1 after strength turo a 2, meaning going forward, it will gain 2 points instead of 1.
“So, my summons act just like hunters? I wonder how powerful they bee if I try really hard?” She said, then moving on.
She knew on the floor, slightly harder monsters would be found, and that before she took on the boss room, she would o be much higher in levels. Her swave +15 strength which meant that she would be able to at least damage the boss, but she wao be strong enough to take care of him easily.
So before she moved on to floor 2, she pnned on taking on 2 mroups of goblins. And now, she had to do even less work since she could bring out all of the slimes at once.

And with that, she is officially level 4, and all of the slimes have leveled up and gained a small bonus to their stats. Currently none of the goblins on this level harm them and go down in one or two hits. She also knows that they should be able to deal with the floor monsters as well, so now she makes it to the floor.
It takes her a few minutes , but eventually she finds the stairs.
It takes her a few more minutes before she finds anroup of goblins. She notices the two that are now holding small ons, like knives or clubs.
So instead of going right into bat she sends her slimes in first.

Greater Slime(Chaos) has leveled up!
They are able to quickly deal with the ones without ons, but whehey get close to the other two, they get knocked bad ’t attack. This is the fual weakness of slimes, they have , so they are really easy to knock aush back.
Not even the greater slime hurt them. But eventually the slimes learn that if they gang up ohey will be able to get a few hits in.
They would jump together, one ahead and one behind. The goblin would knock back the one in front, but get hit from behind. It would take a few loops to kill it, but eventually they killed both of them, but they did take some losses as well.

“Ok, so they learn how to deal with this, if I give them some time” Nyx said to herself, then came up with a brilliant idea. She lost only about 5 MP t back the dead slimes when they died. She currently had 40 total MP and some of what was lost was before the slimes got their pn figured out.
So she decided to see how long the slimes could go without her helping out at all.
So she left the start of the 2nd floor ao go find moblins.

The sed group on the sed floor went very good. None of the slimes died this time so Nyx didn’t have to use any more MP right away. The slimes even seemed to remember the pn when dealing with armed enemies.
But during the third group, something neened.

The first three goblins were pletely normal, but after killing the first of the armed goblins, she got a new message from the status.

Before they could attack the sed armed goblin, three of the slimes started to grow in size. It was strange, but when Nyx opened her status, she noticed that they had hit level 10 and had bee greater slimes.
Then, right after they fihe evolution, the now 4 greater slimes worked together to kill the st goblin.
